Summary

This is the best moment in my life so far!

This is my first time to go abroad. I was so excited to meet new people, experiences, and culture. When I decided to enter KSU, I didn’t have any dream, and I didn’t know what I want to do in the future. I strongly wanted to change myself. But now, I know I can challenge a lot of things to find my dream. My study abroad changed me!

First, one of the large factors which changed me during my study abroad is people. Especially, my host family and teachers and friends. When I tried to do something, I always hesitated because I was afraid of making mistakes and failing. I thought these things are embarrassing, but my host mother and my teachers taught me that these things are important to grow myself. My host mother said if you didn’t try, this would be the end of your challenge story, and when you tell your story to someone, you would say I think if I tried this, I would succeed. Someone think this advice is little bit strict, but for me, this is super memorable phrase. I like her word choice.

My teachers always believe me. When I don’t have confidence to do something, they said you can do it! It helped me many times, and it is still helping me. They also said you are improving gradually every day, and one day you can feel your growth, so be patient. I owe my belief in my growth and the meaning of my actions to this advice.

My friends are also super good. Canada has a lot of diversity, so I made many friends who come from other countries. I learned culture from them except my class. They told me their future dream, so I realized that there are many types of future things from them.

Second, experiences also changed me. I experienced a lot of nature in Canada. They were beautiful and fantastic. I felt strength of nature. It snows in Canada, so I was so happy.

I spent a great time in Canada. Everyday is shining and fabulous. I want to stay here more!

I can feel my growth and I’m sure that I will find my dream soon. My study abroad taught me that I can try everything! Thank you! Canada!!! I’ll be back!!!
